Two-step verification (PIN)
Two-step verification adds a six-digit PIN you choose. AviNat asks for it when your number is signed in on a new phone, so a sign-in code alone isn't enough. It is not available on every account yet.
Try this
Check if you have it Go to You > Account. If you see Two-step verification, it is available to you. If you don't see it, it isn't on for your account yet and there is nothing to set up.
Turn it on
- Go to You > Account > Two-step verification.
- Choose a six-digit PIN and confirm it.
- Add an email address if you want a way to reset the PIN.
Sign in with your PIN After the sign-in code, AviNat says the account is protected with two-step verification. Enter your six-digit PIN to continue.
Still not working?
Go to You > Help > Contact us and tell us what you see. Never send your PIN or a sign-in code to anyone, including AviNat Support. A person from our team will follow up. You can also write to [email protected].
Good to know
- AviNat sometimes asks for your PIN so you don't forget it.
- You can turn it off in the same place with Turn off two-step verification.
- Pick a PIN that is not your birthday or phone number.
