Child safety standards
Last updated: October 7, 2026
AviNat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion and trafficking. This page describes AviNat’s standards and how to report a concern. It applies to the AviNat app and the services behind it, provided by SUCCESS SAT FZC LLC (trading as AviNat).
Our standards
- Sharing content that sexually exploits or endangers children, in any form, is forbidden by our Terms of Use (section 4).
- Accounts that break this rule are banned, and content we host (for example channel posts) is removed.
- We report such content to the authorities where the law requires it, and preserve information where the law requires it.
- AviNat is not for children. You must be at least 13, or the higher minimum age where you live (see our Privacy Policy, section 9).
How to report
- In the app: you can block any person, and report a person, a message or a channel from inside the app.
- By email: write to [email protected] with “Child safety” in the subject. Do not attach or forward abuse images; describe where you saw them.
- If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first.
We review reports and act on content that breaks our Terms, normally within 24 hours.
What we can see
Personal and group messages and normal calls are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them. When you report a message, we see only what you choose to send us with the report. Channels and stories are not end-to-end encrypted and can be reviewed by our team when reported.
